If you are dissatisfied with a product you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will replace it or refund your money . All returns must have prior approval by phone or email to ensure proper processing. Merchandise must be in resalable condition and in the original manufacturer’s labelled packaging. In the event that a returned order has any packaging, manuals, accessories, or other items missing, the return may be refused, or we may deduct the value of any of the missing items. Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

In some cases a restocking fee of 25% may be charged. However, most of the time the product being returned will be fully refunded. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
